- Smoked salmon rosettes with crème fraiche and caviar

- Seared Atlantic salmon fillet with chive mash, confit tomatoes, broccolini and almonds
- Seared Cowra lamb backstrap with roasted baby chats, red onions, asparagus and truffle butter
- Steamed corn-fed chicken breast with jamón serrano, sautéed potatoes, witlof and peas

- House made profiteroles with chocolate sauce and berry compote
- Classic tiramisu in a glass with baileys cream
- Chocolate mousse dome with mirror glaze and champagne poached strawberries
